COVID-19 updates

May 19, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly made 2020 a challenge for businesses. At nano, our team and customer base is like family so, we’ve worked hard to continue to service you the best way we can while following the safety guidelines from health organizations as well as rules and regulations set forth by local, state and federal governments.

As many states begin to emerge from lockdown, nano has already implemented a number of changes in our internal structure so we can continue to service our customers safely…yet expeditiously. Our sales team is recommencing travel as necessary and appropriate and has a strict set of guidelines to follow in an effort to keep themselves, their families and our customers safe. Knowing we cover all of North America from our Charlotte office, we have many local governments who may or may not allow travel so, for the interim, our team will be traveling via car and making pre-set appointments with customers who require or desire assistance. Please know, everyone’s circumstances are different. So, travel is not mandatory and some sales personnel may have reason to continue sheltering in place till a later date. Conversely, do not hesitate to put off a meeting request till a later time if you or someone close to you is in an at-risk category. If salespersons are welcome in a customer’s office or an end-user’s plant, please note they’ll be carrying masks, wipes and gel sanitizer and will follow appropriate social distancing guidelines as set forth by nano and our customers.

We thank you for your continued support and for understanding our desire to get back to business while being as safe and cautious as possible in doing so.

March 20, 2020

All travel for nano-purification solutions' personnel is restricted until further notice.  In the interim, we will be conducting video conferencing with customers.

Our nano-purification Charlotte team will be implementing increased office cleaning, practicing sanitary protocol in accordance with CDC recommendations with disinfecting wipes and sanitizer available in common areas.  We will begin an office personnel rotation within departments to minimize contact but still provide support to our customers.

At our nano-purification solutions penn facility, we will have a reduced staff with others working remote to support social distancing.

As we continue to deal with this challenge, we will keep you all apprised of any changes to policy or our supply chain as they occur.
